The health center will be constructed on a land belonging to Restoring Hopes.
In 2023 a team from DUKE came on the ground site feasibility studies amongst the activities that duke place were, site visits, bench marking to various community hospitals, home visitation to ask the kind of services they would like to have in the proposed health center as well as various meetings with health officers in Miwani area.
In summer of 2024, a team from DIED will travel to Miwani – Kenya to start the construction work of the hospital. We are looking forward that this project will be of a significant service to the residence of Miwani and the neighborhood communities
